What began as Black Influencer Week, a grassroots celebration of Black creators, has evolved into something bolder, broader, and built for long-term impact.
Creator Palooza Week is a city-wide, content-powered economic experience designed to uplift local businesses, spotlight emerging founders, and celebrate the creator economy in all its power.
Rooted in the mission of representation, recognition, and revenue, the week brings together creators, brands, and communities through immersive, creator-led moments that move culture forward, and drive dollars where they matter most.
We’ve grown, too. What started as the Black Girl Digital Awards has evolved into the BGD Global Creator Awards, a world-class celebration of the most impactful, innovative, and influential creators across the globe.

Creator Palooza is a three-day immersive experience celebrating creators, brands, and the evolving creator economy. The event features panels, workshops, a live creator marketplace, networking experiences, and culminates with the BGD Global Creator Awards.

Creator Palooza exists to amplify the power of creator-led storytelling, build authentic bridges between brands and niche communities, and drive real-world economic impact through culture-forward experiences.
Our mission is to create intentional, inclusive spaces where creators are seen, celebrated, and supported, turning influence into opportunity and creativity into community power.
Impact Goal
To generate $2 million in direct and indirect economic impact by empowering creators, spotlighting local businesses, and enabling brand partnerships that fuel visibility, access, and long-term growth across underrepresented communities.
Why It Matters
Because creators are more than content machines, they are culture shapers, community builders, and economic drivers.
Creator Palooza was born out of the need to give creators more than just a platform, they deserve real recognition, resources, and revenue. For far too long, the brilliance of diverse creators has been overlooked, underpaid, or siloed from opportunities that reflect their value.
This experience matters because it’s a declaration: that creators deserve more. More access. More respect. More seats at the table, or better yet, the power to build their own.
