Welcome to Creator Palooza, an event produced by BGD Media, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in all Creator Palooza and Global Creator Awards events, including the website, contests, and related experiences. By accessing the site or attending the event, you agree to these Terms.

1. EVENT PARTICIPATION

   • All attendees must be 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.

   • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing.

   • Attendees must comply with all venue rules and health & safety protocols.

   • We reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior.
      

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   • All content on the Creator Palooza website and associated materials is the property of BGD Media or its partners.

   • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute event branding, logos, or content without prior written permission.
      

3.  PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

   • By attending Creator Palooza or participating in contests, you grant BGD Media and its affiliates the right to photograph, film, and use your likeness,  voice, and content in promotional materials without compensation.
      

4. TICKET SALES, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

   • All ticket sales are final. Refunds may be granted if requested in writing at least 30 days prior to the event.

   • If the event is postponed or canceled, ticket holders will be notified and issued a refund or credit where applicable.
      

5. CONTEST RULES

   • Participation in contests (such as the Dream Bigger Challenge) is subject to separate official rules.

   • All submissions must be original and may be shared publicly on BGD Media platforms.
      

6. SPONSOR & AFFILIATE INTERACTIONS

   • By registering or submitting personal information, you consent to receive communications from BGD Media and its approved sponsors, partners, and affiliates.

   • You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe links in our communications.
      

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   • BGD Media is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

   • We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event unless caused by gross negligence.

   • In no event shall BGD Media be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
      

8. CODE OF CONDUCT
   We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
    

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
